EKUR Construction Co.,   with its dynamic and experienced head office and plant teams have completed the following turn key projects covering all phases of the project including design, engineering, supply-chain and construction site work: Turkish Education Volunteers Sultanbeyli Primary School (Istanbul),  TEVF Educational Park (Ankara), Arhavi Primary  School (Artvin), Arhavi  Student Dormitory Building (Artvin),  USAF Office Building (İzmir), Five Stars turn key hotel project in St. Petersburg (Russian Federation), Housing Complex in Salekhard (Siberia,  Russian Federation), Cold Storage House (Aydın) and 2000 m²  Cold Storage House (Gebze). Today, Ekur is continuing its facilities by completing 10 turn key restaurants per month in parallel with the general policies of the company. Besides ongoing restaurant constructions, Cold Storage House in Gebze 6000 m² and a Bakery Factory project had been started as of September 2008.

As the result of Ata Holding shifted to Fast Food industry , Ekur Construction Co. has begun concentrating its main business activity on  restaurant construction. As of August 31, 2008 construction of following restaurants are completed:

• 235 Burger King restaurants,
• 39 Sbarro Pizza restaurants,
• 31 Popeye's restaurants
